According to the latest updates in the KCFLY system, employees can cancel their duty travel tickets on their own without contacting the call center or sales offices. 1. You need to enter the “Duty travel” section. 2. Select the duty travel for which you need to cancel the ticket. 3. In the line with a ticket number, click “Cancel booking”. 4. Next, click “Cancel ticket”. Note: This function works on duty travel tickets issued in KCFLY for Air Astana flights only. If the ticket needs to be canceled on the same day it was issued, then you can cancel the reservation "Cancel booking" and the "Cancel ticket" button can be clicked on the next day. Due to technical settings, system will not allow you to cancel the ticket on the same day of ticket issuance.
